JBS Redevelopment site
A construction project in Green Bay’s east side, stalled earlier, is now showing signs of revival. TMD Properties couldn’t finish the project due to housing demand outpacing supply. Toonen Properties is taking over and requesting $5 million in taxpayer assistance. The project will now include 209 market-rate apartments, addressing the housing shortage in the area. The Green Bay City Council will decide on the new deal on August 3rd.
