Our area is facing a severe housing shortage. 

Currently only 50% of homes needed to meet demands are being built.

To recruit new workers and fill job vacancies,  at least 3,725 new housing units per year must be built by 2030. Right now, we are falling short and only building a quarter of what is needed.
